The ENTERTAINER's Top Blogger: The Danna Langkawi worth RM4000

Two weeks ago, the weekend we went to Bangsar Village for the Halloween contest then join the trick or treat. It's such a fun event for the kids, I paid RM20 each child to participate. After the Halloween contest, we go trick or treat in BV1 then there's BV2 but eldest son got tired and so he and my dear and sister-in-law stay together at there to rest. It was a tired and happy day as my YS won a consolation prize and he shared the prize of Lego with his little brother.

I followed my son for the trick or treat and it's tiring but fun as see his happy face to grab many candies into the pumpkin basket. I also bought Chatime drink at BV1, and blogged about it. If you haven't read can click on the link. I used the vouchers of Entertainer Malaysia booklet.

I get to know that I won the prize from Pooi Yee as she pmed me to congrats. I didn't aware of it as I was out in the morning and back in the afternoon as I went for facial in Shah Alam.

Happy me, I won 4D/3N stay at The Danna Langkawi, I have not been to Langkawi for over 20 years. The last I went was with my parents it was my dad's company's trip. Trying out Apple Cider Beer first time

My first time to try apple cider beer for the first time, I bought it in Giant after my dear says ok for me to drink. I usually drink Shandy never try the apple cider beer before. So many people says it taste like apple, so it did and it tastes sweet too.

Bangsar Shopping Center

I haven't go Bangsar Shopping Center for a long time, I also not sure of Bangsar Village. I need to use waze to find my way there. Getting back home is the tricky part, as sometimes no line at all and keep loading.

Parking at Bangsar Shopping Center the other day about two hours or more, if not mistake the parking fee was RM10. Yeah not cheap parking there and I need to go rounding few times to find parking spot.

It's been a long time I haven't go to IOI Mall and Midvalley, I am not sure this weekend we are going any shopping mall or not. 

Mamee Jonker House in Melaka

The last time I visit to Mamee Jonker House was in 2014 year. Wow time fly, I attended alone with other bloggers. It was fun day visiting at Melaka at the same time it is tiring as going and back on the same day.

Well I am getting invitation again this time for Mother's Day, sad to say the day of event fall on Monday. It is tough decision for me because kids are schooling, so it's tough to ask kids to leave their studies and go on this trip.

Interesting flow of the event included:

10am-11am : Noodle Doodle - Mothers assist their kids in custom making of their own Chef noodle cup.

11am-12pm : Monster Kitchen - Mothers assist their kids in cooking their very own Mamee Monster Snack.

12pm-1:30pm : Lunch at Mamee Café – Indulge yourselves in our wide range of menu variety.

1:30pm-2:00pm : Photo Op

Though is a nice time to spend with kids, bonding together. But why choose the date on weekday as you know children need to go school and parents to need work on the day!

There's school holiday and weekends to choose for such event. 

Is education never a concern by them?

I never been to The Penthouse, WOLO Bukit Bintang. There is parking near this place, Lot 10 Mall, Pavilion Mall or Sungei Wang Mall. Just last Sunday morning my dear and me head to Low Yat. It is been so long I no go there. 

At this moment I am updating this blog but soon I need to go fetch my son from tuition. He's going to tuition because education in school is getting tougher and I don't know also how to teach him. Some subjects are very tough, I don't know to explain to him.

Off topic, I love to play badminton. I have not play badminton for many years. How about you? Whats your favourite sports? My son told me he likes to play basketball.

XES shoes at Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Last week, I visited the outlet that I missed going XES Premium Boutique in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. I saw their Facebook shoes that the outlet is having sales so my sister in law decided that she wants to check out the outlet. When we arrived at the store, outside is selling bed sheets and some shoes. Inside of the outlet having half of the store selling clothes for female and kids, leather goods and jewelry.

I spotted a pair of shoes that I like cost RM18, sad to say they have sold out of my size. My SIL didn't spot any that attracts her, she went looking for the bed sheets instead. Anyway we got home with empty hands.

Sad to see that the lighting in the stores have left missing lot and we can see visible wiring hanging down the ceiling. Anyway I did my shopping of XES shoes in AEON BIG, Subang Jaya when they have the offer of 2nd purchase 80 cents of shoes XES. I bought 2 sandals that cost about RM76 for both. 

Gamuda Walk, new shopping destination

I like this mall as I found a nice place where children can learn of mixed martial arts. It's the Mauy Fit for Muay Kids, yeah for children who has interest to be Muay Thai beginner. There's also self defense for woman to learn. 

My friend is happy learning Muay Thai and Kickboxing there.

One thing I learn, never drink milk after having seafood, it will make you goes sick! Remember that milk and seafood cannot mix together in one tummy.

31 August Merdeka Day Malaysia

On Sunday morning nearly noon we headed to Avenue K, we visited the Discoveria. Parking at Avenue K and it cost RM5. We have to find back the lift that we took from the car park. My dear didn't know that the Avenue K is link to KLCC too, yeah you just need to walk pass the lrt station of KLCC.

It was a fun day for everyone, we was out all day long. Kids fall asleep in the car in the afternoon. We didn't wake them up as we continue the journey in the evening for dinner at Marrybrown in Giant USJ. We wanted to go F4 restaurant but passing by the restaurant in usj many cars and people are waiting outside.

Lucky we head to Giant USJ as sister-in-law wanted to buy Pantene shampoo and it comes with freebie bag when purchase of RM38.90 in a receipt, she bought 4 bottles of it. I bought a pair of sports shoes for myself.

Passing by in the car this beautiful Suria KLCC, I took the picture of it. 

Different lifestyle in the family

So everyone has a different lifestyle, let met tell you about mine. When I was standard 6, I followed my parents to outstation for work. My dad was transfer to Kuching, Sarawak for 3 and half years, then Ipoh for 5 and half years.

When we move back to Subang Jaya, I started using the products which available in the restroom. My sister's body gel, and other things. I think we are apart for many years we never get the feeling of sharing products. We do comes back to visit my siblings whenever there's holiday. So guess what happen next?! My sister found out that I have been using her product, she ask me that I need to buy the exact same product to give her back.

It take times for us to get used of sharing products. Because of misunderstand and communication, my sister started to argue with my parents. My second sister decided to move out as she can't seem to get along with us or she just want a life of her own.

Anyway she's a nun now, I still share my things with her. She's always welcome to come back home anytime.

Goodie bag of a drink and voucher

Though I like going for events, not all events are worth to go, some events eventually you don't get anything at all. There's no further info on the events that attended too, recently a friend told me that he attended an event. Though the event is either share by friend or blogger or invited by PR.

The gift for blogger, is goodie bag? I am not sure anyway my blogger friend says that his goodie bag is a drink and voucher. I guess the voucher asking him to use at the hair care center.

It was the hair center anniversary, so this is how they treat the blogger? Anyway it is always up to blogger to reject or accept the invitation. But you can never expect what's contain of goodie bag, it can be anything good or bad.

So how much time has my friend used on this event? He has to take bus to go there. The venue is terrible for find parking.
