Why?

Malaysians can enjoy an adrenaline rush of amazing discounts on electronics during Shopee’s 11.11 Electronics Big Sale happening from 12AM to 2AM on 11 November. Also, check out the Bose Wireless Bluetooth headphones, realme 7 and SONY WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphone that are going for just RM1,111.

As e-commerce is reshaping the way consumers shop in this region, Shopee is also bringing Malaysians entertainment all day, err day. Featuring a star-studded line-up, Malaysians will want to block off these dates:

Shopee Live: The e-commerce platform is bringing back everyone’s favourite yellow-boot contractor Phua Chu Kang in a special live stream show on 10 November from 8PM-9PM. Malaysians will get a chance to interact with him while also being treated to 11.11 deals, vouchers and Shopee Coins when they watch the stream.

On top of all that, Shopee is deepening its commitment in uplifting local communities through its 11.11 Big Charity, its first regional charity drive. In Malaysia, it will partner charity organisations like the Malaysian AIDS Foundation (MAF) in raising awareness and donations for people living with HIV including underprivileged children. MAF and its hotel partners are also looking to send 2 lucky donors on an unforgettable 3D2N stay in Langkawi. For a chance to win exclusive hotel vouchers, users can simply donate any amount to the ‘MAF fund’ during 11.11.

Hacks for the best - to ensure smoother and quicker transactions on 11 November, remember to:

● Put the items into the shopping cart to avoid sellouts at 12AM

● Remember to claim and save those free shipping vouchers and other discount vouchers ahead of time

● Ensure there is sufficient amount in your ShopeePay wallet to avoid last-minute top-ups. If that is not enough of a reminder, this should do the trick - users stand to win up to 11,111 Shopee Coins when they top up RM50 in their ShopeePay account on 10 November.

Additionally, first-time ShopeePay users will receive an RM8 voucher when they complete their first transaction with a minimum spend of RM25. What are you waiting for? Head over to https://shopee.com.my/m/11-11.

The Possession of Hannah Grace

It's Monday and I went alone for movie today, it's been a long since I last watched a horror movie. It's movie time I have chosen to watch The Possession of Hannah Grace, how is the movie like? If you didn't like spoiler, please leave immediately and don't read about this post. I watched the movie alone, and there's a young couple in the cinema hall 6. I watched in The eCurve, then I go have lunch at Wendy's bought the kid's meal set RM9 at Ikano, I used the link bridge to go there.

This movie is suitable for 18 above in Malaysia, because there's like 40% of the movie you are watching her corpse. Deep cut yeah, some people may not have appetite if watching them. Well not for me, I am okay as I was seeing horror movie with my mom since I was young. My mom will not leave me alone at home, so she goes for movie I would follow or anywhere she goes. Yeah the olden days, I am not sure if there's mention of the movie was PG13 or not.

From the movie I saw there's finger prints that they can auto scan it prints. It's high tech and there's lighting in the movie that uses sensor.  The lady's toilet I find it award, why there's one sitting toilet   in the middle of the toilet, another side of the toilets is all for squat?

How Hannah Grace eyes changes color from brow to blue? It's still a mystery as not reveal in the movie, there's just words saying how its changed.

I am not going to say that if I have given a choice to watch horror movie again which would be more scary? How about Exorcist? Have you seen the first movie of it, it's very old movie. It scared me and yeah still recalled some scenes of it.

楼下的房客 The Tenant Downstairs movie review

电影《楼下的房客 The Tenants Downstairs》首映礼

Last night is a happening night for me and my classmate, we went to watch the premiere movie of The Tenants Downstairs.

We saw the trailer and find this movie interesting, and indeed, you can never expect it until you watched it yourself. The movie is for 18 years old above only! The movie is in Mandarin language. It's been a long time I didn't watch Simon Yam movie, he's still good in acting and didn't know that he's speak Mandarin too.

What happened to the tenants? The movie is related to mental health, money, greed, love and others.

What is the movie about?
A landlord (Simon Yam) gratifies his desire by peeping the darkest aspects of his tenants: Chang (Kaiser Chuang) , a lusty gymnastics teacher with a criminal record of domestic violence; Boyan (Hou Yan Xi), a college geek; Wang (Yu An Shun), a divorced father with his angel-like young daughter (Angel Ho); Yingru (Ivy Shao), a mysterious lady; the couple, Guo Li (Lee Kang Sheng) and Linghu (Bernard Sen Jun); and Miss Chen (Li Xing), a sexy office lady drowning in the endless forbidden love and affairs. A tale of incredibly perversion, breathless confusion and the lusty chaos of these eight tenants and their landlord.

Free movie passes

My friend asked if I want movie tickets to watch movie on last Saturday morning 11am. Sad to say it was quite late I get the offer than I have other plan for Saturday morning. My Saturday morning on the day doesn't go my way at all.

I thought of going early to Midvally on Saturday morning for queue up the shoes for Cleo magazine but I overslept. Then supposed I want to bring my son to MYDIN to shop for his sport shoes but we are lack of time. By the time he's finished breakfast it is almost noon. Don't want to rush hour so end up we didn't go Midvally or Mydin. Also no go to Sunway Pyramid as I need to go tea session in SS15 Subang Jaya.

The evening follow my friend's car to go Selangor Turf Club, I was not feeling well in the car. I nonstop feel want to vomit. I brought along minyak angin to use and also plastic bags in backpack in case I want to vomit.

The night after the Electric Run, we also got lost to come home but in the end we manage as my friend knows the way back. Thanks to her as well for encourage each other in all the way in the run and also finding route home.

It's fun day to night out for mommies.

Sunday family day with family members

We have a good time spending the Sunday at the Sunway Pyramid form 10.45am to evening around 7pm. No kidding we have been there all day because my son won to be final contestants in Jump Smash 15. The parking for so long hours was RM10.

My son got excited that he was one of the finalists. I am so happy for him and he too wanted me to play. As I told him that I also want to join in the Final, I didn't give up trying. I queue and play and then queue again to go play until I score 8-6. Yeah I won and can be in the running with other 31 contestants.

It was a good time being with my boys, though my youngest didn't make it to the final but he's there to support me and his brother all the way.

I rejected the invite for last Saturday to go Genting events because I thought we are going back to PD but we have change the date. Even though we didn't go back PD but the room for Merdeka weekends aren't going to be cheap so we decided to let it go.

Didn't know that letting go an event, I receive another invitation to go. It's a blessing indeed, from the event both of us learn about winning and failure. Though we didn't win but at least we have try our best. I am proud of my son.

Scientists discover the unusual world of cryonics in Malaysia

A team of locals who received news of mysterious event that has been lurking in the outskirts of Kevil Hill deep inside Sunway Lagoon were invited to unearth the dark secrets inside the mysterious walls of The Kevil Hill Cryonic Corporation (KHCC).

Together with a team of highly trained officers from CDC-CDU {Center for Diease Control - Cyro Containment Unit}, they went on a spine chilling discovery as they uncover about cryonics, a world of life after death, through science fact, or friction, which has made its never before seen opening inside Lynton V Harris' Scream Park at Sunway Lagoon.

Within the Hill Cryonic Corporation which covers a massive multi-themed area of the Scream Park. Guests have been invited to witness the practice of preserving human bodies stored in cyro- tanks with extreme cold temperatures while JB Kevil continued to carry high hopes to revive them in the near future.

As they continued unearthing the world of cryonics, more than what they have expected began to happen with frozen bodies coming to life, from KHCC's mysterious complex and Cyro-Containment Center.

Review: Haunt Movie 2014

Today is my lonely day, oh well supposed I have dated my dear to watch The Haunt movie last night but he was late back so we didn't go for movie.

This morning before noon I reached the Paradigm mall, I shopped for watches for my son. I bought two watches from Daiso and another two watches from sales, each RM5. No watter expensive or cheap watch I bought, he's easily spoiled the watch. So I know it's better to purchase cheap watch for him.

The Haunt Movie is about the haunted house, apparently the new family that moved in they parents known of the stories of the haunted house but they didn't believe any of it. The children, one of them name Evan, he is 18 years old meet a new friend/neighbour named Samantha. Samantha knows of the house that Evan moved in, she sneak in the house one night to his bed and sleep next to him.

The haunted house with many murders in the house, it's kind of a sad story about Haunt Movie.

The movie rated PG 13 for GSC, but TGV rated above 18. I think is best for 18 above to watch this movie.

This movie is quite quiet unlike other horror movies I have watched with lot of scary sound.

Visited three places in one day!

Yesterday it's quite tiring day for me. I have to go three places in a day, morning to have my car service at Glenmarie because my car last service was last year August.

Then afternoon to event at Mydin USJ, you can read up about the event soon at mymomsbest.us. I am glad to have meet up with my friend there. After event going to pick my son and it was almost 5pm so traffic jam is bad. I needed wait long for the traffic light because green light the car infront of me doesn't want to move!

At night I watched horror with my dear, the movie Second Coming is Chinese horror movie speaking in Cantonese. We were almost late, after he parked the car I speed walking in the mall to reach top level of Midvalley to collection the movie passes. I thought I have the correct seating but the number of A9 and A10 in Hall 7 THX GSC Midvalley do not have these seating. I walk out of hall to registration to ask again, I was guided to seat another seating was told that if the seating got people come to sit we will need to move another seating.

I think someone given them the wrong cinema hall plan, it doesn't seem right!

I spotted the cape Halloween, they have only two colour red and black. I didn't purchase any of them as it's not my list then.

The price range of the cape RM24.90 to RM34.90 or more. It depends where you found them to shop. My friend told me, she found cheaper shop to purchase the cape. I am not sure where the place, as she is living in Cheras.

Movie Review: Olympus Has Fallen

I won the Rainfilm movie pass and decided to redeem the movie passes to watch Olympus Has Fallen in MBO Subang Parade. Guess what?! The staff is not well trained and does not know how to read the terms and condition as stated on the Rainfilm. The staff told I can only use the pass at eCurve. I told her to read again, stated it is usable at all cinema!

Anyway she passed the pass to her supervisor and he went into the office to ask his Boss. He came back telling me that I can only watch Olympus Has Fallen, I told him firmly that's the movie I want to watch. Anyway I have got the movie passes to watch it with my dear.

Love this movie so much it is full of excitement from start to the end, yeah movie not suitable for 18 years and below because of violents in the movie. Many death and bombing and gun fires!

It is almost half full house in hall 2, watching this movie in Olympus Has Fallen.

Who likes to watch ghost movies?

Do you like to watch ghost movie? If yes, I am glad you are with me. :D

I have many friends that are not fan of ghost movies, they didn't like to watch it. I would say I am trained to watch it since I was young, my mom would tag me along to watch ghost movie in cinema. It was long ago, years back there is not raiting for movie so anyone can go inside cinema to watch it.

Today many movies are rated so children under age of 18 year old not allow to go inside to watch.

Movie Review: Silent Hill:Revelation 3D

My first time to go Tropicana City Mall thanks to my friend Joyce to accompany me to see movie. I like to watch horror movie and we catched premier screening of Silent Hill: Revelation 3D last night. We are handed 3D glasses each at GSC Tropicana City Mall, I am the first to get the passes so you see my seating A1 and A2 in Hall 4. The seats are super comfy too, match the Mickey Mouse top I am wearing too! Thanks to Joyce for taking picture of me using Samsung S3.

The movie Silent Hill: Revelation is about a girl Sharon been on the run for many years. One day her dad disappears, she wants to find him in Silent Hill. She has many times because they on the run for many years she gets new name and her dad's too. She used the name Heather in new school but one private investigator found her and knows of her past came to warn her!

She has many nightmares and the nightmares are the answers to her dream. She has got a new classmate to help her, he is Vincent. Vincent too warns her not to go Silent Hill because he was sent to get her back to Silent Hill. You got to watch this movie on how she's going to safe her dad! She also save Vincent from the ward that surrounded by blind nurses! I called them blind nurses because they don't have eyes.

I just don't get it if the guards know of the blind nurses in the ward, they push in Vincent to the ward and the guards got killed by the nurses. Yeah nurses in sexy uniform, they only listen to sound to move and they are armed with knife!

This movie is suitable for age 18 year and above.

Sammy 2 in 3D@Paradigm

I caught this Sammy 2 sand works at One Utama GSC and it is so lovely I need to snap it! Today I head to Paradigm with my son, I bring him to see this movie Sammy2 I was told there is only in 3D. If don't want 3D need to go Tropicanal CIty Mall, I don't know how to go Tropicanal City Mall. I won tickets to see movie at Tropicanal City Mall but sadly I don't know how to go there. Maybe find one day I try driving there, I scare of getting lost.

This movie Sammy2 about two Turtles how they escape from the paradise, the two babies turtle Ricky and her sister how they want to help save their grandpa. It is my son first time to catch the movie in 3D, it is my second time to wear 3D glasses to see movie. One lady with two kids, she says that she head to Tropicanal City Mall first and was told the movie only start at 1pm so she comes here but she didn't know movie here is in 3D.

This movie running 88 minutes I am sure kids love it! My son was complaining the pain on his nose wearing the glasses, we kept switching glasses for several times. I don't feel any pain, but he does. Umm.. perhaps he has big nose?

We saw this movie at Hall 4, just seven people including my son and me watching this movie today from 12noon.
