Social distancing and eating out in USJ, Subang Jaya

It's time we get use to the new norm lifestyle, are you use to it now? I am avoiding crowded places and also if I saw the place is crowded I would not go there. Other than that keep our mask on and bring along wet wipes, hand sanitizer and tissue pack as well.

We went for dining out for breakfast last Saturday morning, it was only 3 of us as my little one has followed his aunt back hometown to visit parents in law family in PD. My eldest didn't want to follow back, he had a night on his owned in the room usually he is accompany by his bro, niece and his aunt. In the night, Sean would comes in room to ask his dad to accompany him til he fall asleep.

 The restaurant we dine is at Court 2 and apparently there's only 3 persons limited to dine together on a table. There's social distancing too, good to practice that the tables are not close to each another. After we had our meal, we headed back home and didn't go anywhere else.

For groceries shopping we often visit the AEON BIG SUBANG JAYA, sad to say that saw yesterday news that AEON BIG Subang Jaya was sealed. Does it mean we no longer can shopping there? It's the hypermarket we often shop, I still have the balanced for the parking using the debit card of AEON. Happened a few times the parking system not able to detect the card, we then need to use their parking ticket.

By the way, it's rare bird we saw in Subang Jaya, have you seen this type of bird before? I have seen other common birds but its our first time to see this bird in black and has a pair of blue wings highlight.

Don't keep on reading you might find it that you may lose your appetite later... 

No water in Subang Jaya my area for 4 days started yesterday no water, we need to caution use the water. The toughest part would be going to pass motion, you know that you will need lots water to flush it. As toilet we are using is bowl type not the squat type. Yesterday is my first day of menstrual period too, imagine how much water I got to use for that too.

Yuen Steamboat ceased operation since Jan 2017

Sad to say that Yuen Buffet Steamboat has ceased operations since Jan 2017. It's sad to know that as we only found out yesterday night when we head to Kelana Jaya for dining. My first time dine was at Sunway, it was year 2011, you can click on the post to read.

I even called and whatapp the both numbers. On whatapp I received the reply that they no longer operating.

Now I have to hunt again where to eat.. that is affordable and serve hot dogs/mini sausages.

I am gonna hunt again where I can eat, mini sausages a must because my kids love it. We all know that no outside food allow policy so better find one that have these.

Busy Sunday for the family time

This morning with my sister-in-law to go the Pensonic Malaysia cooking together, you can find updates on my instagaram @Sherrygo. I also took part the contest instagram and my sister-in-law also but we didn't win any prize. It's fun taking part as recipe is provided we can just follow to cook the ayam masak merah. The lucky draw also I have no luck. The One City Mall is very quiet, the one near to the Boulevard. Not many shops in the mall.

Fun time as we have a well spend Sunday, sad as in the night I am not able to send my parents off to KLIA. My sister had send them instead as she's nearer to them. They going to have 16 hours flight to go UK.

After the One City cooking with Pensonic Malaysia, we head to the Main Place. We have lunch there, supposed I want to eat char siew rice near the Mamee but nothing for my sons to eat. Not many food stalls that opened at the food court near the USJ Jumpstreet.

I bought mechanical pencil leads for my son, he's going to use them in school. There's a Popular book store in Main Place, we also go to Jaya Grocer after that.

We head to USJ 19 Mall after that for the sport shoes fair, RM3 per entry parking at entrance of the mall. There are many stalls selling made in China goods in the mall. The sports shoes which are branded didn't attract me at all, many people and too crowd to shop.

Sunday family day with family members

We have a good time spending the Sunday at the Sunway Pyramid form 10.45am to evening around 7pm. No kidding we have been there all day because my son won to be final contestants in Jump Smash 15. The parking for so long hours was RM10.

My son got excited that he was one of the finalists. I am so happy for him and he too wanted me to play. As I told him that I also want to join in the Final, I didn't give up trying. I queue and play and then queue again to go play until I score 8-6. Yeah I won and can be in the running with other 31 contestants.

It was a good time being with my boys, though my youngest didn't make it to the final but he's there to support me and his brother all the way.

I rejected the invite for last Saturday to go Genting events because I thought we are going back to PD but we have change the date. Even though we didn't go back PD but the room for Merdeka weekends aren't going to be cheap so we decided to let it go.

Didn't know that letting go an event, I receive another invitation to go. It's a blessing indeed, from the event both of us learn about winning and failure. Though we didn't win but at least we have try our best. I am proud of my son.
