Have anyone ever try online shopping?

Do you like what you see online and what you got on hand after purchased the item?

I have try online shopping and there was a time that I am really disappointed about. I saw what I like on a website so I purchased the item. But when I got my hands on them, its not like what I expect. Why?

I bought some jewelry online and the colours can comes off easily and the seller never warned me about it. I don't think the seller is honest at all.
