How to cover up acnes and dark spots?

I am happy to share with you that I find a way to cover up acnes and dark spots. I think most ladies will know about it by now. As for me I tried using the make up foundation but it is not working at all I can still see the acnes and dark spots. So what I used to cover up?

I bought this duo-end concealer months ago and I used it on my face. I happy to see the result that I can no longer see the huge acnes and scar on my face. Imagine going for dinner having that huge acnes on your face.
